At the first Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam Tourism Ministers' Conference in Ho Chi Minh City, the three countries adopted a 2026-2028 action plan to implement the "One Journey, Three Destinations" initiative.

The plan focuses on joint tourism products, transport connectivity, joint marketing, public-private partnerships, cuisine promotion, capacity building, sustainable tourism, and international cooperation.

In 2025, the bloc drew 31.3 million foreign visitors, generating $45.6 billion in revenue.

For Lao businesses, this opens opportunities to develop cross-border itineraries and benefit from joint branding and marketing efforts.
